Effective Date: August 27, 2025
READ CAREFULLY: By accessing or using any part of Blue Lightning TV website, content, feeds, or features (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you access the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that entity. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new Effective Date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
1) Who We Are; Scope
The Services are operated by Royler, LLC (“Blue Lightning,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms govern all websites, pages, and digital experiences we operate under the Blue Lightning brand, including BlueLightningTV.com and related subdomains, mobile sites, and feeds.
2) Privacy Policy
Please review our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information. By using the Services, you acknowledge you’ve read and understand it.
3) Changes to the Services and the Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms as described above. Where required by law, we will provide notice.
4) Not Legal Advice
Content on the Services (including AI-generated content) is for general informational and entertainment purposes only and is not legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice tailored to your situation.
5) Eligibility; Account Registration and Security
Age
The Services are intended for individuals 13+. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian’s consent. We may limit availability by geography or other criteria.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities under your account. We may refuse, reclaim, or remove a username at any time (e.g., if it infringes rights or is inappropriate). Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
6) Ownership; Limited License to You
All content and materials in the Services—articles, text, graphics, video, audio, designs, the “look and feel,” software, data, compilations, and AI-generated outputs—are owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, perform, create derivative works of, or exploit the Services or content unless expressly permitted by us in writing.
7) Heavy Use of AI; Accuracy & Misinformation Disclaimer
We heavily use artificial intelligence and other automated tools to create, enhance, or deliver content. AI can be wrong and may generate errors, omissions, or outdated or incomplete information. To be clear:
- No Reliance: Do not rely on our content as factually correct, complete, or current.
- No Duty to Update: We have no obligation to correct or update content (including AI outputs).
- No Professional Advice: Content is not legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.
- Your Risk: You use the Services at your own risk, and we are not responsible for misinformation or your decisions or actions based on the Services.
8) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to, and not to encourage or allow others to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights; post or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or deceptive material; or impersonate others.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Services; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities; or bypass security/control measures.
- Scrape, harvest, copy, or collect content or data from the Services by automated means (including crawlers, robots, or similar tools) except as expressly allowed by us in writing or by an official documented API/feeds policy.
- Use any Services content, metadata, or outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine-learning models unless you have our prior written consent.
- Frame, mirror, or otherwise simulate the appearance or function of the Services.
- Upload or distribute malware, spyware, or other harmful code.
9) Your Content; License to Us
If you submit, post, or otherwise share content with the Services (e.g., comments, feedback, suggestions, materials) (“User Content”):
- You retain your rights, but grant Blue Lightning a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display your User Content in any media now known or later developed.
- You grant the right to identify you as the author (name, handle) when we deem appropriate.
- You represent you have all rights needed to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate laws or third-party rights. We owe you no compensation for use.
10) Editorial Independence; Sponsored & Affiliate Content
We may label content as sponsored, advertiser-provided, or otherwise paid. We may also use affiliate links that generate commissions. Such relationships do not imply endorsement. You are solely responsible for evaluating third-party offers and terms.
11) Third-Party Services, Links, and Interactions
Your dealings with third parties found on or through the Services are solely between you and the third party. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred in those dealings and have no duty to become involved in disputes among users or between users and third parties.
12) Newsroom & Editorial Coverage; Information Sources
In addition to our educational/video tutorials, we operate an editorial function that gathers and reports news. Our news coverage may draw on a wide range of sources, including but not limited to company announcements, press releases, regulatory filings, social media posts, third-party publications, public records/databases, licensed wire services, on-the-record interviews, and materials submitted by readers or rights holders. While we strive for accuracy, news content may contain errors or become outdated. We do not undertake any duty to update or correct news articles except at our editorial discretion.
13) Use of Third-Party Media (Images, Video, Audio) in News Coverage
Our news coverage may include images, video, audio, screenshots, logos, and other media assets owned by third parties. We may use such assets under one or more of the following bases:
- Fair use (e.g., for reporting, commentary, criticism, or illustration of newsworthy facts);
- License or permission (including press kits or media libraries subject to their terms);
- Embeds and platform-provided tools (e.g., YouTube, X/Twitter, Instagram) used in accordance with those platforms’ terms;
- Public domain or Creative Commons assets with attribution where required.
Ownership: All third-party media and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Inclusion of third-party media does not imply endorsement by the rights holder. If you believe your rights are infringed, see Section 20 (Copyright; DMCA) for formal notices. We also accept non-DMCA courtesy requests at legal@royler.com.
14) Tutorials vs. Newsroom Content
We publish two primary types of content:
- Tutorials/Educational Content: Blue Lightning’s how-to guides, tips, and explainer videos. These typically use assets created by us or licensed to us.
- Newsroom/Editorial Content: Reporting, analysis, or commentary about companies, creators, platforms, and products. These articles may display or reference third-party media assets as permitted by law or license (see Section 13).
Both types of content are also subject to Section 7 (AI & Misinformation Disclaimer).
15) Trademarks, Logos & Nominative Fair Use
Brand names, product names, and logos referenced in our news coverage may be trademarks of their respective owners. We may use such marks to identify the subject of reporting (nominative fair use) or as part of licensed materials. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to third-party marks, and our use does not imply endorsement.
16) Embeds & Platform Terms
Where our pages display embedded content (e.g., social posts, videos), your use of that embedded content is also subject to the third-party platform’s terms. Availability of embedded content may change or be revoked by the platform or the content owner at any time.
17) Feeds, Syndication & API (if offered)
If we provide RSS/Atom feeds, newsletters, embeds, or an API, use is conditioned on: (a) proper attribution to Blue Lightning with a conspicuous link to the original URL; (b) no editing other than length-limited excerpts; (c) no commercial use without our written permission; (d) no use that competes with or substitutes for the Services; and (e) compliance with any feed/API documentation we publish. We may revoke permissions at any time.
18) Paid Features; Billing (if offered)
If the Services include paid features, you agree to pay fees, taxes, and charges disclosed at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice where required.
19) Beta, Experimental, and AI Features
Some features may be beta, experimental, or automated (AI). They may be inaccurate, interrupted, or withdrawn at any time. Use is as-is and at your own risk.
20) Moderation; Enforcement; Suspension/Termination
We may (but are not obligated to) monitor, remove, refuse, or disable any content for any reason. We may suspend or terminate access (including accounts) at any time, with or without notice. Your obligations under these Terms survive suspension/termination.
21) Copyright; DMCA
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to our designated agent:

Your notice must include: (1) a description of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact info; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. 22) Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT (INCLUDING AI-GENERATED OR AUTOMATED OUTPUTS AND ANY THIRD-PARTY MEDIA DISPLAYED IN NEWS COVERAGE) ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES—EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY—INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISINFORMATION OR FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES.
23) Limitation of Liability; Cap
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BLUE LIGHTNING (OR OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS) BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA; OR FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION—EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE AT ISSUE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS OR CAPS; WHERE PROHIBITED, THEY APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED.
24) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blue Lightning and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any laws or third-party rights; or (e) your distribution or misuse of third-party media contrary to Sections 13–16.
25) Waiver of Certain Rights (No Jury; No Class Actions; Opt-Out)
No Jury Trial: You and BlueLightningTV waive any right to a jury trial for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
No Class or Representative Actions: Disputes must be brought only in an individual capacity; no class, collective, or representative actions or arbitrations.
30-Day Opt-Out: You may opt out of this Section within 30 days of first becoming subject to it by sending written notice stating your name, contact information, account email/username (if any), and a clear request to opt out of the “Waiver of Certain Rights” to legal@royler.com or by mail to the address in Section 31 (Contact). Opting out leaves the rest of the Terms intact.
26) Governing Law; Venue; Time to File
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida for any matter not subject to Section 25. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it accrues or be permanently barred.
27) International Users; Compliance
We operate from the U.S. We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or available elsewhere. Access may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
28) Electronic Communications; Notices
You consent to receive communications electronically. We may provide legal notices via email, posting to the Services, or other reasonable means. Keep your email address current.
29) Suspension for Risk
We may suspend or limit access if we believe there is a security risk, suspected fraud, abuse, non-payment, legal exposure, or violation of these Terms. Access may be restored once issues are resolved—at our discretion.
30) Open-Source and Third-Party Components
Some parts of the Services may include or interact with third-party or open-source software governed by their own licenses. In case of conflict, those licenses control for their components.
31) Assignment; Entire Agreement; Severability; No Third-Party Beneficiaries
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign freely. These Terms (plus the Privacy Policy and any posted guidelines or feature-specific terms) are the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will remain in effect. No third-party beneficiaries.
